I know everyone is over hearing about the royal wedding, myself included. Well my aunt from Suffolk is in town for the month and she wanted to partake in the regal festivities while away from home. How you ask? She spent the day cooking a 15 course meal... for 5 people. She made an assortment of both ethnic and English dishes (the good kind) including real fish n' chips and custard with pie. Yes, she even arranged the floral centerpieces herself with pickings straight from our garden. British Pride.
